• 3-star category at Munich Airport (40km from Munich City Center)
• 177 non-smoking guestrooms
• 4 meeting rooms
• 1 breakfast-restaurant
• TOUCHDOWN sports bar & restaurant (serves international classics such as homemade pizza and hamburgers)

The hotel is located at a distance of 4km from Munich Airport.
The shuttle bus commutes every 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport.

All guestrooms are air-conditioned.
The entire hotel is equipped with wireless internet access.
The hotel team consists of app. 30 employees.
Housekeeping as well as shuttle-services has been outsourced.

Descrizione dell'offerta

Position: GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT (M/F) - (PARTIALLY NIGHT SHIFTS)

As Guest Service Assistant (m/f) you are the first point of contact for external parties, employees and guests.
You are a perfect host and make every guest feel comfortable in our hotel and make their stay a unique experience.
You will also participate in the optimization of hotel sales and ensure compliance with internal and group-wide standards.

Starting date: as soon as possible
Duration: we offer 1-year-contracts which will be extended if we and the employee agree on that.
Accommodation: we have apartments in our hotel, the rent for the apartment will be deducted from the salary (€ 220.- per month)
German language: we require a knowledge of the german language at least on a B1-B2 level.

YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Daily Check-In and Check-out
• Managing the pay office (daily accounting and supervision)
• Managing the night shift on one’s own responsibility
• Participation in the optimization of sales of hotel rooms and service at the bar as well as identification of additional sales opportunities (active sales of hotel services)
• Encouragement of teamwork at the Front Office as well as at the bar counter and a high quality service through daily communication, coordination and information exchange with other departments
• Make a contribution to a positive work atmosphere and be a role model for apprentices

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry and experience in working with well-established hotel business software
• Good spoken and written German and English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage)
